Was tested and evaluated by Nicole. Nicole was well versed in demonstrating and setting up my new Starkey hearing aids. She helped me in programming the hearing aids on my I-pod for future fine tuning and even showed me how to hear music thru blue tooth. Was a great experience.

Everyone from the owner, audiologist and office staff are friendly and professional, they truly want to help you hear and feel better. I have needed hearing aids for a few years but cost and lack of coverage from my health insurance stopped me from purchasing the aids I needed. I set up an appointment very easy to do and didn’t have to wait forever to get in. They fitted me with hearing aids that work great are comfortable and barely noticeable. All I can say is wow I had no clue how much I was missing. They helped me get great hearing aids at a great price and made them affordable for me. Don’t wait make an appointment you will be happy you did.

While in Charlevoix my left hearing aid quit working. My audiologist in Kentucky recommended I visit Dynamic Hearing Care Systems at their Bellaire store. I called for an appointment and was given one for the next day. I arrived and was greeted by the owner/audiologist, Todd Birgy who diagnosed the problem (bad receiver) and corrected it immediately He cleaned both instruments and sent me on my way. Very, very good service! Todd is a real professional.
My experience was excellent ! Todd did his testing, went over everything with me and explained my options. When I got my hearing aids he set them up and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dynamic Hearing.
